We are a small but excited group of volunteers who have been working hard to establish a community radio station to serve the communities of Salmo and Ymir in southeastern British Columbia.
Our goal is to provide a diverse and accessible radio station for the communities we serve with an emphasis on promoting music from local and Canadian artists as well as to reflect the needs and interests of Salmo & Ymir, including news and commentary on cultural, spiritual and political issues. We are committed to providing distinctive and engaging radio programs and invite you to be a part of this exciting new facet of our community.
We are currently broadcasting under a protected Community Radio license at a blistering 150 Watts! (60 Watts ERP for you techies) on 91.1 FM
